Why Does Orderlivery Ask for My Location?

Orderlivery asks for your location so that we may better assist the drivers in delivering the food to you. The information is only visible to the drivers for the duration of the order. Once it’s delivered, the driver is no longer able to see your location and vice versa.

How Can I Request a Restaurant be Added to Orderlivery?

If we don’t have a restaurant in our system, please feel free to contact support and submit a request to us to add one. Please make sure that you spell the name correctly and list the city, state, and zip code it is located in so that we may identify it properly and contact them.

My Order Did Not Arrive, What Can I Do?

We are sorry to hear that your order did not arrive. We recommend contacting your driver directly, but if you have already done so, please reach out to us at this support number: 817-405-4865 and we will work on fixing this issue for you.

How is the Average Delivery Time Calculated?

We calculate the average delivery time with a number of factors. Primarily, we look at the distance between your delivery address and the restaurant’s address. We also factor in how long it takes the restaurant to cook your items (if they provide that information.)

What does the Orderlivery Seal Mean?

The Orderlivery seal guarantees that your food has not been tampered with by the driver or anyone else.

What Uniforms do the Drivers Wear?

The drivers are instructed to wear at least one item of branded Orderlivery clothing as part of the uniform. This ensures that you know exactly who is delivering your food. The drivers are provided a hat, shirt, and mask to wear. If they do not wear at least one of these items, please let us know and we will instruct the driver to wear one.

Does Orderlivery Sell Giftcards?

We do not currently offer gift cards. However, we are looking in o options for this feature in the future.

What are Your Hours of Operation?

Our headquarters is open from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Our Live Chat Support is open 24/7 to assist you with any issues that occur.

How do I Create an Account on the Mobile App?

To create an account on the mobile app, download the app from either the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and then click on "Get Started" to create your account.

How do I Create an Account on the Website?

We do not currently support website orders, however that feature will be coming soon!

COVID-19 Safety

Are There Any Safety Precautions Due to COVID-19?

Yes. We require all drivers to wear a mask when delivering food. In addition, you can also choose contactless delivery.

What is Contact-Free Delivery?

The driver places the order in a specific area at the request of the customer and you will receive a notification that your order has been delivered.

Is There an Option on the Website or Mobile App to Select Contact-Free Delivery?

Yes. If you add an address or edit an existing address, you will be able to choose "Hand it to me" or "Leave it at my door."

How will I Know if My Food has been Tampered with?

Every restaurant has received Orderlivery Bag Seals to ensure that they have not been tampered with. These stickers will only be available to the restaurant staff and they will be the only ones who can apply them to the bags.
